Timothy is dedicated to creating multimodal spaces that prioritize connectivity and equitable strategies for all community members.
As a senior transportation planner, Timothy’s project work emphasizes the importance of mode choice in how we move around our cities and towns. He’s an advocate of data-driven planning that combines analysis with community direction, leading to positive outcomes that prioritize regional growth, promote mobility choice, and build resilient communities. Timothy’s project experience includes campus master plans, transportation, and mobility plans, bicycle and pedestrian planning for municipalities and universities, downtown parking studies, long-range transportation planning, and corridor/area plan studies.
Outside the office, Timothy enjoys playing ice hockey, hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, and exploring (new and old) cities.
